Credit Union Services and COVID-19
March 17, 2020
As the growing affects of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts our nation, McKesson Employees' Federal Credit Union is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and has taken a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our Members and colleagues.
San Francisco Bay Area authorities announced yesterday a six-county stay-at-home-order as a measure to contain the spread of coronavirus effecting nearly seven million people. Effective immediately residents in Alameda, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, and Santa Clara counties are asked to shelter-at-home.
This local precautionary measure has directly impacted our scheduled office move to Walnut Grove this week. At this time the Credit Union will not be moving until further notice. We will provide you with updates as things change.
We encourage you to access your account from home 24/7 using our home banking services online at www.mckessonefcu.org or by using our mobile app found on the Google Play and iOS App Store. You can view your transactions, check balances, find local surcharge-free ATMs and Shared Branches, make transfers, apply for loans, view e-statements, pay bills, and much more. If you need additional assistance, you can reach us via phone, email, or secure messaging within our home banking services.
We understand this situation has disrupted the lives of everyone around the globe in how we conduct our everyday family, social, and business lives. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those affected by COVID-19 around the world.
If you’ve been impacted by COVID-19 and need our support, we’re here to help any way we can. Please contact our office Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (PST). We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our Members as needs arise.
For additional information about COVID-19, get latest report from the Center for Disease Control at www.cdc.gov or your local health department website.
Thank you for being a valued Member of McKesson Employees' Federal Credit Union.
